Recently my media files have become infected.
After playing a song in Windows Media Player after 9 seconds an internet popup would occur prompting me to download a flash codec plugin from www.flashcodec.com. Do not download this file it is a Trojan.
There s a solution for this problem!!!
If the files you are trying to play are .wma format and the popup occurs, download SUPER. A file converter. Convert the files into mp3 format and they should play fine.
